For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to confirm their order before dispatch.

7. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Products must meet the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

For customer-requested returns or exchanges, including change of mind, size, color, or preference, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
